1.1 Guarantees and Policies
When you purchase an account or email from our platform, you agree to the following terms and guarantees:
Ownership Transfer: As per our policy, you will gain full ownership of the account or email within the stated delivery time.
Account Exchange: We provide accounts and emails for sale, and should you encounter issues such as account blocking, deletion, or incorrect login information, we commit to replacing the account and providing you with a new one if within the warranty period.
Functionality Guarantee: We assure you that our accounts and emails will be fully functional upon delivery. However, we are not responsible if they become invalidated outside of the warranty period or due to incorrect usage.
Invalid Accounts: In the event that you receive an account or email that is found to be invalid, you must report the issue within the warranty period. We will then compensate with a fresh product.

Illicit Means: Do not utilize proxies or devices obtained through illicit or unauthorized means.
Account Limitation: Do not use a single device or proxy server to sign in to multiple accounts.
Risk Assessment: Avoid using poor-quality, inexpensive, and high-risk programs and services with our accounts. Account activity farmers can create high-risk of account invalidation.
Ethical Use: Do not engage in unethical, illegal, or harmful activities using our accounts. Use them responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
One Device, One Proxy: Each account should be accessed with one device and one authentic private IPv4 proxy server.
Data Responsibility: We provide account information upon purchase, but the responsibility for data preservation lies with the customer, who must manage it personally.

The fulfilment time is usually an average of eight hours. We state that orders will be fulfilled within twenty-four hours however this is not guaranteed. Due to backlogs, technical difficulties or personal problems orders may take longer. However, we will take this into account and either refund your order completely if we are not able to complete, partially if we cannot fulfil the whole order, provide more of the product you ordered or provide you your own personal discount code.
